Needs Cards

These cards help children recognize and express their needs, whether those needs are met or unmet, giving them the language to understand themselves and relate more compassionately to both their own experiences and those of others. Each card supports emotional awareness, self regulation, and healthy communication by showing children that every action is connected to a need. This set opens space for empathy, clarity, and deeper connection at home and in the classroom as children learn what they require to feel safe, supported, and balanced.
